In this Poddy the wonderful Natalie B is chatting to the incomparable Ruth Hurren, chef and co-owner of Darcy’s Restaurant.

It makes sense that behind one of our best restaurants in town is a brilliant, creative powerhouse, but who knew she was such a peach!?

This Aussie Queen’s effusive energy bubbles over as she excitedly tells us what we should be cooking this Valentines if we’re staying in, as well as sharing with us what her Chef’s would plan to cook at home if they weren’t already busy feeding the loved up folk, in a sold out restaurant, on Valentine’s eve….

It also sounds like it’s going to be a busy couple of months for Darcy’s with a glamorous Red Carpet ‘do’ to host for the Film Festival, and Ruth’s very own cookery Masterclasses to plan and prepare for.

Prepare to let your tummy rumble for this one, as Ruth talks us through some of her plans and signature dishes. Sounds pretty good to me…

So, pop the kettle on, make yourself a cuppa and enjoy!
