Welcome to the 8th Style in my City Podcast.

In this Poddy, the gorgeous Natalie B went on an adventure around St Albans to chat to some people in the know about all thing cycling , all in preparation for Bike Week 2013.

Tune in as Natalie B chats to an array of lovely guests from Mike Hartley from the St Albans Cycle Campaign, to local residents about their passion for cycling, to local Personal Trainers about how good cycling is for you and finally to Caz Nicklin, the owner of Cycle Chic- who will be telling us how to stay fabulous on our bicycles. What is not to love?

So, if you are a keen and avid cyclist or simply dream of cycling through a meadow with your bicycle basket filled with a picnic then tune in!
